Escorts in Austria: registered, checked, and still not verified
Austria regulates this area more tightly than most of its European neighbours, and that produces exactly the wrong kind of confidence. Sex work is legal, but conditional: registration with the authorities, compulsory regular health examinations, and the control card that records them. Each federal state adds its own rules about where work is permitted.
From which follows the error in reasoning. A control card proves that somebody attended an examination.
